We make sure to handle your offer with the best care. On this page you’ll find all information on delivery and returns for all Bovi-Bond products available to purchase online on this website.

Delivery

  • Benelux delivery only

Orders on this webshop can only be delivered in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. Orders and deliveries for other countries can only be placed with our local dealers. The orders in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg are delivered by DHL.

  • Delivery charge

Delivery to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg is temporarily free on all orders (normally free on orders from € 99).

  • Track & Trace information:

You will receive a notification e-mail once your order is shipped from our central warehouse. In the e-mail you’ll find the DHL track & trace details of your parcel with which you can follow the delivery.

  • On stock items

An order of an on stock item on working days (Mo to Fr) before 12.00h (CET) will be shipped the same day. Orders on working days (Mo to Fr) after 12.00h (CET) and on Saturday, Sunday or holiday’s will be shipped the next working day.

A standard delivery will be made in 1 to 3 working days, unless otherwise is described. 

  • Out of stock items

When ordering an out of stock item we will inform you by e-mail about the expected delivery date. Delivery to the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg is temporarily free on all orders (normally free on orders from € 99).

Payment

The order is only completed when the payment has been made. We start the delivery procedure as soon as we have the payment confirmed. 
Reardsless of the payment method, you receive an invoice after the payment is finalised.

All prices on www.bovibond.com are VAT excluded. 

All payments are handled by Mollie Payments. Your confidential information will not be transferred to Bovi-Bond, but only handled in the secure environment of Mollie.

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 8 days. To start you return procedure, contact orders@bovibond.com. In the email you must specify name, address, order number and other relevant information. In case of a defect or damage describe in as much detail as you can and attach images of the damage.

Please note that the product you want to return should be unused and with all labels left. Bovi-Bond is not responsible for any damages caused to the shipping and any shipping damage on return shipment, therefore return well packed. 

Transportation Damage

If your item is damaged upon delivery, this must be documented by you immediately and reported to Bovi-Bond within 24 hours after receiving the package. Inspect the package properly before receiving the item and signing the consignment note. In case of damage, ask the driver to report the damage on the delivery note before you sign it and make sure to get your copy. Make sure to keep the original packaging and do not use the product until further notice.

Send the following information within 24 hours after receiving the package:

  • picture of the outer and inner packaging
  • picture of the consignment note from the carrier
  • picture of the product and the damage
  • describe your case
  • send your e-mail to orders@bovibond.com
